Dandridge First United Methodist Church

Ms. Kate is the PDO Director and DFUMC Christian Education Director. Ms. Kate has three sons, two of whom are enrolled at PDO, and she has experience with youth and children's ministry as well as experience working in both elementary and middle schools. She has a bachelor's from Carson-Newman University, a master's from Austin Peay State University, and a certificate in Christian Education from the Be A Disciple program. Ms. Robin is our 3-4 Teacher. Ms. Robin has worked at PDO for over 25 years in a classroom, and she is a proud mom of 2 and Mimi to 2! She especially enjoys Bible stories and interactive songs with her three and four year old students! Here are some of her favorite things.

Ms. Wayna is our teacher for our 2 year old classroom. Ms. Wayna has two children - one in college and one in high school - and she has experience with children's ministry as well as having worked at a previous childcare facility and at our own program for many years. Ms. Kim works in our nursery part of the time and in our 3-4 class part of the time. Two of Ms. Kim's grandchildren are enrolled at PDO, and they lovingly have all of the children calling Ms. Kim "nana," too! She has experience in children's ministry as well as her experience at PDO. Ms. Lana is one of our nursery assistants, working on Tuesdays and Thursdays. She is a mom and the proud nana of two of our enrolled students, and she comes to us with lots of experience at DFUMC in children's ministry, from years of teaching Sunday school, helping in the infant nursery, and assisting at children's seasonal events. Ms. Tiffany is one of our nursery staff, working on Mondays and Wednesdays. Her two grandchildren are enrolled at PDO, and she has experience with children's ministry, her local library's children's reading program, and in-home childcare. Here are some of her favorite things.

Ms. Charlotte is one of our teacher assistants, serving in our 3-4 class on Tuesdays and Thursdays. In addition to her experience helping with children's ministry at church, her grandchildren and great grandchildren came through our PDO program, too. Here are some of her favorite things!

Ms. Victoria is one of our nursery staff, working on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. She is momma to a baby girl (who is also a PDO student), and she comes to PDO with previous experience at a Head Start and with a Technical Certificate in Early Childhood Education from Walters State Community College.
